The 8203 Moc Toe in Loden Abilene is a Red Wing Shoe Store special and is a mix of classic updated materials. Recycled materials from the factory and tannery were used to build the 8203 in order to meet our sustainability and low waste goals.
Both the Vibram TC1 white outsoles and the Loden Abilene leather have been used for various products in the past. The design team combined these two materials and found the appropriate hardware to create this stunning limited edition Moc Toe.
The Red Wing Shoes 8203 Classic Moc Toe in Loden Abilene is a Classic Red Wing Shoes Mocassin style and is made in Red Wing, Minnesota. The Red Wing 6" Moc Toe boot was originally designed for hunters and farmers in the early 1950s. The Red Wing Moc-toe was built to withstand hard labor and harsh weather conditions. The name Red Wing ‘Moc Toe' derives from ‘Moccasin', the traditional Algonquian Native word for the U-shape design of the toe.
The Red Wing 8203 boot has a white Vibram TC1 outsole and provides maximum grip and outstanding comfort. The Red Wing 8203 boot comes with tan/brown taslan round laces.
