Red Wing Shoes launches a Limited Edition 2015 Huntsman Boot for their 110 year anniversary

Today the Red Wing Shoe Store Amsterdam celebrates the 110th anniversary of the Red Wing Shoe Company. We are proud the company has been producing the best boots for such a long time and we are glad to be part of this incredible journey. Of course The Red Wing Shoe Company didn't want to pass this special day without introducing you to something exclusive. Therefore the Red Wing Shoe Company looked into 110 years of Red Wing history and decided to relaunch a shoe that has been so important for The Red Wing Shoe Company in the past. We are talking about the Red Wing Shoes 668 Huntsman Boot. Back in 1932 the Huntsman Boot was produced as 'the Bird Shooter's Boot' 688, a true hunting boot. Little did they know that this boot was the basis of the most iconic boot in the history of the brand: The Red Wing Shoes 877 8'' Classic Moc Toe. And for this, the boot deserve a comeback. The new Red Wing Shoes 2015 Huntsman Boot is featured with Black Klondike leather. This is a non-dyed-through leather, which simply means that the outside of the leather is black but the core is still brown. This way, with the forming of scratches and marks, the brown leather will appear to the surface and form a really nice vintage feeling. The 2015 Huntsman is featured with gunmetal eyelets, black leather laces and stands on a Gro-cord sole. The Red Wing Shoes 2015 Huntsman boot in Black Klondike is a very limited edition so make sure you get a hold of these as fast as you can. They are now available in our online store.
